Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have been ignoring me for 2 weeks now. The account has been blocked for no reason. I can’t understand why they are ignoring me.
@aleksandrsapelkins89 I may be able to help. As a start, what is the support ticket number. I can check what the issue may be. Typically support requests are handled in a timely manner.
@aleksandrsapelkins89 It appears support responded five times since the original request on 2023-09-04. This was a unique situation and required some extra effort. Today’s email from support (2023-09-12) resolves this ticket and explains the actions you should take. Apologies that it took so long.
@Dan_Whitnable_Alpaca That email doesn’t explain anything. In addition, I was told to liquidate positions and withdraw money without any explanation, but the withdrawal request has been processing for several hours, although it usually takes no more than 15 minutes. I think the problem is that my 09/02 request is still being processed
