Hi, I did a wire transfer the 6th of December.
The amount was not credited of the 16th of December. I sent an email to support@alpaca.markets, I received a confirmation of the email from mailchimp with a request number. I sent back another email two days ago in cc with the CEO. I still don’t had any response from Alpaca and I don’t have the money either… Is this a scam?
How is it possible to get an answer ASAP ?
