Wire transfer not received

An international transfer was made by my bank on May 28 and I have not received anything. They have confirmed the wire instructions and account number are correct. How can this be resolved? Other customers have complained about the need for Alpaca support to intervene to unblock funds. Thank you!

@dominicp Please send an email to support@alpaca.markets. They can resolve any account deposit issues. Ensure you include your 9 digit account number and the email associated with the account. The wire transfer process is automated with the transfer details being parsed and funds then credited to the Alpaca user destination account automatically. However at times there needs to be some manual intervention to make that happen. Support can get that taken care of. Apologies for the delay.
