Incoming Wire Issue

I use the incoming wire option to transfer funds to my Alpaca account. 3 Business days later, still no funds in my account. My bank confirmed the wire was received by BMO Harris. All info appears correct based on wire Instructions from banking tab. It is a large sum of money and have emailed support several times. 3 Business days later, NO answer from support. Never had any issues with ACH transfers on prior transactions. Any help is greatly appreciated. Anyone within the company able to look this up? Is support way behind in answering requests? I have all confirmations and FED reference ID. Thank You!!!
