Contacting support

Any ways of reaching out to support other than support@alpaca.markets? I’ve had an issue with a fund transfer (my funds are missing :worried:) for almost two weeks now and support@alpaca.markets is not responding.

Hi Dan. Having the same issue. Tried to fund my account via incoming wire but may have made the mistake of using my business account while my alpaca account is personal. Sent a notice of incoming wire as required. Reached out to support as my funds are missing, not credited to account or wire returned. Support not responding. I did get automated email with request #40186, Any help is appreciated.
