I did wire transfer to my Alpaca account 2 weeks ago, but the funds still do not appear in my Alpaca account.
I contacted the support team several times, but no reply. What can I do?

@Mirodilkhon_Saydalim What are the ticket numbers of your support requests. Typically they respond within 24 hours. I can check what the holdup may be.

Thank you for reply.
I don’t have any ticket number, but I have reference number. I contact my local bank and, they are confirmed that the Alpaca already received my fund transaction.

Send an email to support@alpaca.markets. Include your 9 digit account number and/or the email associated with the account and a short description of the issue. You should immediately receive an automated reply with a support ‘ticket’ number. They will be able to help, but if you don’t get a ticket number, or if you need any further assistance, reply back here. Include the ticket number (if you have it) so I can find your support request.

I did send an email to support@alpaca.markets. But no reply.

@Mirodilkhon_Saydalim What is the email address you sent your request from? Sometimes emails get stuck in the ‘spam’ folder. I can check. DM me if you wish.

@Mirodilkhon_Saydalim Yes. Several support requests have been received from that email and support has responded with a few questions. However, there wasn’t a reply. Maybe check your spam folder for emails from support@alpaca.markets?

Even I don’t receive spam email.

I requested again using my other email account.
