I sent a wire transfer to my account over a week ago and it still hasn’t been deposited into my account. I tried contacting email support but they haven’t responded. Is there any other way this can be looked into? Did Alpaca lose track of my money? Please help.
@dmagic2344 what is the support ticket number which you got back from support when you emailed them. I can do some checking and see what the issue might be.
