A month ago, I transferred money to Alpaca to fund my account, and the money still hasn’t appeared in the account. I have written to support several times this month asking them to please confirm why the money hasn’t appeared yet, but so far I haven’t received any response. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Best regards
@Guuu_Ofggg What is the ticket number you received from support. I can check on what may be the issue. Usually all support requests are handled within 24 hours.
