I am having an issue reguarding getting the cost basis information send over after an account transfer, Alpaca hasn’t sent the cost basis after the transfer, the regulation for cost-basis transfer process/CBRS is 15 days and it has past.
I have sent the support@alpaca.markets to ask for the cost basis on May 29th and have not get a respond yet. I would just like to know from the other users here about your experience with the email support. Do you think wether the email support is still working and long do they normally respond? This is pretty urgent and I have to escalate my case and get their attention.
