Has anyone transferred their stocks out of Alpaca’s brokerage to another brokerage (like Robinhood)?
I initiated a transfer in mid May, and my cost basis never seemed to show up in my Robinhood account after transferring using ACATS. I reached out to Alpaca and I was told my request (#304571) was redirected to the tax team and they would reach out within 1-3 business days.
It has been 10 days and still no response. Does anyone have experience with poor response times from support?
I also reached out 7 days ago and 3 days ago asking for some kind of confirmation or update, and got nothing.
