I made a transfer of my cryptocurrencies to my external wallet. (Added to the whitelist) The transfer has not been done, the funds are already lying blocked for the third day, tomorrow at 9 am US time will be the 4th day. I have contacted alpaca by email asking them to clarify the situation and make this transfer or cancel it - just let them not block my funds. Customer service ignores me, reads my emails and leaves me with no response. I only get information that when they find out they will write me… They only close further inquiries. I haven’t heard either if they will finally do this transfer or if they will cancel it and when they will do it. they ignore all questions. Fatal service. Did anyone also have this? Is this theft on the part of alpaca?
