Funds not being credited to my account

My wire arrived 3 days ago with Alpaca, my account has been active since Thursday but Alpaca refuses to move MY money into my account. Has anyone else had to file a complaint with FINRA? I need a human to resolve this from Alpaca before I take the next steps. scole@scoleholdings.com

@Scole2984 You should have received an email from Support with ticket number 294443 sent at 2026-05-22 2:18 AM EDT. That is the most recent support ticket and the one that has instructions on how to get your funds deposited correctly into your account.
