Hi - I just opened my account with Alpaca today, my brokarage account is approved and ready, However, the balnce in paper account is 0.0. Does it takes time to load paper money in my account? Thanks, Murali

HI - I have sufficient balance in my paper account. But I’m getting 403 forbidden response. Could you please help me to resolve the issue? even when I place the order manually in alpaca website under paper account, I get the same error “account not authorized”. I’m testing some of my automated trading strategies, not sure what went wrong with my account.
@Murali_Radhakrishnan Ensure that you are using the up to date API key and Secret Key and also ensure you are using the correct URL http://paper-api.alpaca.markets. Maybe try regenerating your keys and copying those into your code.
Any update on this issue? Also, I transfered $5000 from my Alpaca account to my bank account May 5th, still not delivered to my account. Is there a number I can call to talk to customer support?
