I am getting this error message when I try the make orders API calls with my paper account.
“account is not authorized to trade”
Does anyone know what is causing this issue?

I am getting the same error message as of this morning and won’t clear. I have been successfully using the paper account for the last 2 weeks so I am not sure what changed. Please help!

I just got a response from Alpaca and indeed they are facing some issues.

Having the same issue, has been working fine for 2 months.
