@Andres_R Alpaca takes deposit/withdrawal inquiries seriously. Have you sent an email to support? If so, what is the ticket number? I can follow up.

If not, send an email to support@alpaca.markets. Provide as much detail as possible and ensure you include your account number and/or email associated with the account. They will be able to resolve any issues.

Dan I am really sorry. It was my mistake. I did the withdraw through another app and I got confused because I already had an alpaca account.
