Cannot withdraw my funds

I am attempting to withdraw some funds from my Alpaca account to my bank account, but the withdrawal keeps getting cancelled – and customer service notified me that it needs to go back to the ORIGINAL account that initiated the funding. The problem is that account has been closed for some time now and I use a new bank account.

How can I withdraw my funds?

Can you please send in a copy of your new bank statement to support@alpaca.markets and we will take a look at your request to send the funds to a different acount?
