Withdraw money after the original bank account is closed

I’m trying to transfer money from Alpaca to a checking account. But the request is rejected because “You can only withdraw funds to the original bank account from which the funds were deposited.” Unfortunately, the original bank account has been closed. What can I do to get my money out in this case?

I am exactly in the same predicament. My “original” bank was acquired in Oct 2021. I’ve been unsuccessful in getting small transfers “approved” since. This is very frustrating. It seems like they do not have a contingent/alternate approach for this scenario.
