Buying power for new account automatically resets to 0

I set up 2 new paper accounts on july 21 with buying power of 300,000 with 2x margin. However, the account keeps showing buying power as 0 and wont let me trade. The line chart seems to show that the buying power is 600,000 but the amount at top shows 0 as well as the buying power and balances show everything as 0. Also attached a screenshot below.

Can you please help

@ankit apologies for the buying power issue. This just surfaced today, and the engineering team is working on a fix and to understand the cause. I’ll post back with any updates.
