New paper accounts all showing $0 buying power / balance (9 accounts) — is this a known issue?

Over the past two days I registered 3 login accounts and opened 9 paper accounts in total. Every one of them shows $0 across the entire Balance page — RegT Buying Power, Effective Buying Power, Options/Non-Marginable Buying Power, Cash, and Equity are all $0 or “–”, for both “Last Close” and “Current” (screenshot below).

PA3Z2TMA6TE2, PA3CZMMTFKTX, PA3SUJMSTM7W, PA3BAANDZZYV, PA3XPW5PSGQV, PA3C81DPG49V, PA3XDMFZ3NTA, PA3W5A2WN7HD, PA3SP875YR0B

On Monday (Jul 20) the dashboard already showed buying power = 0; a couple of days later some accounts briefly appeared normal, then reverted to $0. Is this a known initialization/reset issue, and how long does it typically take to clear? I’d like to gauge reliability before moving to a paid plan.

For example, the three accounts PA3XPW5PSGQV, PA3C81DPG49V, and PA3XDMFZ3NTA had the same issue on Monday, but they have recovered to normal today. I hope this clue can help you find the problem.

@cbinh.china Apologies for the buying power issue. This just surfaced today, and the engineering team is working on a fix and to understand the cause. Thank you for the detailed explanation and account numbers. I’ll post back with any updates.
