Account rejected - support mail delivery failed

Hi Alpaca Team,

I have issues with my account. First starting on paper trading only as my application was still under verification. The message disappeared in my Dashboard and the /api/v2 returns ACTIVE as status but I¨m not able to upgrade to Alpaca Plus where it states first I¨m eligible but during the questionaire it returns the account is REJECTED. I also cannot transfer money.

When trying to send you a mail to the support mail address I get some Google mailer error message:

550-5.7.1 The user or domain that you are sending to (or from) has a polic

Its a plain text mail, so wondering how this can become resolved

@Pawl I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re having with your Alpaca account. Really, the best way to resolve account-specific issues is through support@alpaca.markets. So let’s get that working.

If I understand correctly, you receive an error when trying to send an email to support@alpaca.markets. Is that correct? Perhaps try sending a test email to me at dan@alpaca.markets. See if that works.

Its a plain text mail with no attachment or something. So I¨m not sure why its not getting delivered.
