I am getting an error as follows when I try to sign up for an account and have tried two different domains and different browsers: Sign up Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete your sign-up request because the email domain you provided is invalid. Please try using a different email domain or contact support for assistance

Same. Glad to see I’m not alone. Their backend might be going through some accidents

@julieschatz @Chi_Zhang Apologies for the inconvenience. May I ask what email domain you entered? I’ll try to reproduce and have the engineering team look at what might be the problem.

I used a gmail domain and also tried with icloud and tried on different broswers. Neither worked on any browser.
