Signup does not work no

I can’t complete the signup process, I introduce my details, and phone number and read the terms, but when I hit the button nothing happens.
it is the individual trading, I can give more info to the support center which I did not find.
Where can I follow up with this issue?

@Elio_Scordo Something you can check. When filling out the online form ensure you 1) select your country of residence from the drop down list (do not enter text) then 2) the ID type should populate with the appropriate acceptable IDs for your jurisdiction. Enter that. While the ID may not be necessary for tax purposes it is required to verify your identity. Often it’s your country’s national ID card number.
