Hello, I want to sign up for a professional market data plan. When I went that route it forced me to create a professional brokerage account. When I went through the registration, it didn’t take all of my information and closed by basically saying “we will get back to you”. How long should I expect to wait until I hear from someone? It’s been 4 days so far. If I can’t get something setup shortly I will move on.
