Lots of sign up and login issues

Having a horrific experience just getting signed up. No way to talk to them by phone. Refuse to call me. Take a minimum of 30 minutes up to the next day replying to one email. This happens every time I get an error message or the website freezes on me. Not a good first impression. Have asked to speak to someone else, but “support” is refusing to do that. What do I have to do to get this thing done???
