I’m really fed up with this. I made a withdrawal last week, it got rejected and sent back to my account. My bank clearly asked for the MT103 SWIFT copy, but when I requested it, support sent me the wrong file (a SWIFT confirmation, not the MT103).
I’ve been chasing them for 2 days with no reply at all. This is already the second time my withdrawal has failed, and instead of helping, they send the wrong document and then completely ignore me. Totally unacceptable support.
