Why am I getting and error when I try to withdraw?

I have tried withdrawing money through wire and ACH. Both are getting rejected repeatedly and support@alpaca.markets hasn’t responded in 3 days. Balance is sitting there and getting “Transfer Request Failed” anytime I try to take it out. Trading still works fine.

Hi Mahmoud, I also experienced the same issue when I try to withdraw my funds to my account. I the support page is not loading. How can I proceed to the withdraw of my fund ? thank you
