I have sent a request for fund withdrawal via wiring. The fund left my account and then reappeared (minus the commissions). The status is still showing that the transfer was completed successfully, though it was not. I sent several emails to support and did not get the issue rectified. I cannot even find a phone number to contact. Do not know what to do next.
