Do we have a hard date yet when 2025 tax documents will be published. This is now getting very late and last updates was that they will be available by early March. This is not an indication of a first class organization, all other broker accounts have released their documents long ago.
@torobot Latest Update on Timing for Composite 1099s
As we continue final validations related to recent upgrades to our cost-basis and tax-reporting systems, our review is taking slightly longer than initially anticipated. We are still working toward delivering 1099 Composite forms as soon as possible, but final timing is dependent on completing these quality checks.
We remain within the standard IRS extension window of March 19, 2026. Our priority is ensuring your form is accurate the first time to minimize the need for corrected statements later.
1042-S forms
1042-S forms for foreign tax residents remain on track for delivery by the standard March 16, 2026, deadline.
Below is a reminder of key information about who will receive tax documents and what to expect.
Who Will Receive a Tax Statement?
Tax documents are generated only for accounts that had taxable events in 2025 (such as selling a stock, receiving dividends, or earning interest).
U.S. Tax Residents: If you had taxable activity, you will receive a 1099 Composite statement. While these are typically due in mid-February, we filed a standard 30-day IRS extension this year to support system upgrades and ensure reporting accuracy.
Foreign Tax Residents: You will receive a 1042-S if your account had U.S.-source income or withholding during the year.
At a Glance
1099 Composite (U.S. residents): Available as soon as final review is complete, no later than March 19, 2026.
1042-S (Foreign residents): On track for mid-March (by March 16, 2026).
