when will we receive 1099 tax forms for 2025 as I am not able to see them in account tab?

As we continue final validations related to recent upgrades to our cost-basis and tax-reporting systems, our review is taking slightly longer than initially anticipated. We are still working toward delivering 1099 Composite forms as soon as possible, but final timing is dependent on completing these quality checks.
We remain within the standard IRS extension window of March 19, 2026. Our priority is ensuring your form is accurate the first time to minimize the need for corrected statements later.

is the 1099 form out yet? I also don’t see it from the account tab.
@Ning_Zhou All 1099 forms should be available now. If you still do not see it in your documents tab, please email support@alpaca.markets to check what may be the holdup.
