I tried to link ACH to my bank. The login was successful and I was able to see my checking and saving accounts. I selected the checking account and confirmed - a pop-up window says “Your account has been successfully linked to Alpaca.” Then I clicked ‘Continue’ to go back to Alpaca. Then a notification on the top right says “Something went wrong. Failed to link bank account, please try again.” The ACH was not added.
I tried with both Chrome and Edge browsers with the same results. Any help is appreciated.
