HELP - Linked Bank account not showing up

I linked a checking account, tried to deposit some money, but got an error message. Something like “this account cannot fund whatever…”. So I unlinked this account, then tried to link it again.

After relinking it, it doesn’t show up on my Banking page, but if I click on Link an Account, it says the account is already linked!

Please help, why can’t I fund the account and why can’t I see the linked bank?

How can I create a support ticket for this?

hello! please email and they will handle the rest. I know that we deployed an improvement for Plaid linking yesterday so your issue may have gotten addressed already. If not, definitely email support so there is a ticket tracking your issue.
