I lost my phone and have been locked out of my Alpaca account since, as I can no longer complete MFA. I’ve recovered my phone number on a new device, but I can’t find a way to set up MFA again without first logging in.
Could you please help me to reset the MFA on my account so I can re-enroll on my new device? I’ve already raised tickets 357823 and 357319 for this.

I am trying to understand how complex the process is to reactivate MFA or validate my account using OTP-based authentication. The issue has been pending for some time, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.

It might take a day or two. They will ask you to submit details like Alpaca account number, registered Phone number, last withdrawal record/statement and selfie holding valid govt ID.
