I am having the same issue starting today also. Were you able to get it fixed?
I had to contact support via zen desk and they reset my account. SMS is still not working

This issue is fixed for me now, I am getting SMS messages again

Email to support takes them 48 hours to acknowledge receipt. Use zendesk help for faster response. Anyway this is disheartening as one cannot access the account for no fault
I use the Google Authenticator app and have never had a problem.
Yes authenticator may work. However, if you sign up for SMS MFA and it stops working one cannot access the account. Company needs to make it robust or have support which can resolve quickly not is 48 hours or have to dig around to find help. This is disappointing…
I’m having the same issue. I can verification code by email when I tried to reset my password, but don’t receive verification while trying login. MFA is not working for me.
