I can’t login to my alpaca account because of my MFA - it is not connected to my phone number. I’ve reached out to customer support 3x about this and keeps getting ignored. I ended up paying for the 100/mo - and now i can’t login.
Please get back to me, i haven’t been able to trade manually due to this issue.
@Carlos_Tiscareno What is the ticket number you received from Alpaca support? They are the only ones who can reset MFA, but I can check into prioritizing your ticket.
I am losing my mind trying to get my MFA Code! You seem to have the answers Dan. I have sent my account number, API, Email, Phone number, and a pear tree. Please help me

Thank you Dan! I did receive two emails in the night stating my ticket is now canceled and then followed by a rate my experience email. I’ve been locked out since the 17th and am truly frustrated. Do I start another ticket? I’ve responded to every email with my requested information. I’m at a loss here.
@Rebeckya Apologies for the inconvenience. Read the email you received from support today, ticket number 282122. It’s asking for a couple of pieces of identification to reset your MFA. Reply with the requested information, and you should be good to go.
