Sell orders not being cancelled in Paper Account

Problem

I have created some orders through the Python API this weekend to cancel them a few moments later. This used to work for months. Now only the BUY orders get cancelled, the SELL orders remain.
I cannot cancel them both through API or through the dashboard.
