Has anyone received 2 separate 1099B forms? I received one in February with what appeared to be accurate proceeds and cost values to which I submitted my capital gains taxes. I just randomly checked back in on my documents and just noticed that a second 1099B form was uploaded with different proceeds and cost values about a month later (Showing a much larger annual gain than I actually received). Did this happen to anyone else and why would I receive a second 1099B with what looks like wrong numbers
