Paper account missing money

Last night, I went to bed with $100,208 in my paper account. This morning I woke up to $99,904.05 in my paper account.

Also, I had many day trades that saw a corresponding open and close for positions however, I I had loads of open positions at the end of the day. This data has been verified calling the /activities service call. I started the day with no positions.

I see lots of errors in my logs but, I do not know what it means:

No opening data for Thu Mar 03 10:28:00 MST 2022 for EXAS
No opening data for Thu Mar 03 10:28:00 MST 2022 for ASAN
No opening data for Thu Mar 03 10:28:00 MST 2022 for CLVT
No opening data for Thu Mar 03 10:28:00 MST 2022 for BJ
No opening data for Thu Mar 03 10:28:00 MST 2022 for PCOR
No opening data for Thu Mar 03 10:28:00 MST 2022 for AGL
No opening data for Thu Mar 03 10:28:00 MST 2022 for NTRA
No opening data for Thu Mar 03 10:28:00 MST 2022 for IS

Anyone have a theory on the cause?

There’s an incident with the paper accounts not having the correct balances: https://status.alpaca.markets

The page says it is resolved but my account still shows the wrong balance

I currently have a negative balance. Not fixed for me either.

Any ideas on if a LIVE account would be susceptible to the same type of “incident”? As a result of the “incident” my account is still has $300 unaccounted for and in addition to that today’s “incident” would have caused a loss of $128 by not closing market positions at the time they were submitted.

Its all fine and dandy if its isolated to fake money but, it does not instill confidence in using real money.

Yes, I was wondering the same thing. Can anyone who experienced trading with real money on Alpaca can comment on the subject?
