Wow… 3 weeks? Are you kidding? I dropped the customer service an email regarding some account opening issues. Till now no respond. Actually the forumers made me think twice in transferring assets from another brokerage to Alpaca.
@george.margiolos I found your support request number 356088. The support team followed up immediately on Sep 16 2:23 EDT with some instructions. The email then asked you to reply to that response if you were still having issues. I see you never replied, so the support team thought the issue was resolved.
Find that email and reply to it, and include the requested information. You may want to specifically call out how the deposit was made (eg wire transfer).
Post back here if you then experience any issues.
