I can´t verify my identity

I have already uploaded my documents several times but doesnt look like anything is happening, the Onfido verification always gets stuck at the end of the process, even tried in different devices and doesn’t seem to work, so im unable to verify my identity and start trading, is there maybe a way for me to contact directly with support so they can verify my identity?

I’ve faced similar issues, I couldn’t close the verification modal and proceed with agreements.

It seems that the problem is that my device didn’t have camera and proceeding with laptop helped resolve it.

It turns out that I have to use my iphone + safari for the verification process. Otherwise, the camera will be black.
Maybe OSX + safari also work. But chrome does not work even with caerma permission enabled in both chrome and OSX.
