Cannot withdraw my crypto out of blue
Hi team and community,
Posting in case a moderator can flag this for follow-up Monday. I’m getting “crypto withdrawals are currently disabled” when sending USDT to my long-whitelisted ETH address (last successful withdrawal April 9, no changes since).
None of the documented hold conditions seem to apply on my end — no pending ACH (last ACH deposit was August 2025), most recent cash deposit was a wire on May 4 which per the docs doesn’t trigger a hold, whitelist still APPROVED, account ACTIVE with no flags visible.
Also worth flagging — earlier the same day, my first USDT deposit didn’t appear on the dashboard even after I received the “ready to trade” confirmation email. It only showed up after I made a second (smaller) deposit, at which point both deposits appeared together. Sharing in case it’s a related glitch that could be affecting other users too.
Already raised it via support under ticket #289580. It’s affecting liquidity and came up without warning, so would really appreciate a look from the team whenever you’re back. Happy to provide any further info needed.
