I am having some issues with my API bot, if someone can please help.
- Its not possible to connect and get responses from the historical values during pre-market while requesting live account keys.
- Live account web grids are not always updated during market hours.
- Is there a minimum bandwidth recommended by Alpaca to have fully functioning capabilities of API and the web platform?
- Why there may be occasional connection problems with the API? is there any troubleshooting documentation available?
