Is there another channel for submitting support requests besides the community forum and GitHub? I see that most support requests on these endpoints do not get a prompt response (if any). I understand that Alpaca is a startup and doesn’t have the resources of, say, IB. Plus, granted, many of these requests might be silly. But what if someone has real money on the line (like a lot of it) and encounters a real bug during live trading? Is posting on this forum / Github and hoping for weeks to get a response their only course of action (besides going back to Interactive Brokers or whatever)?

Forum and Github as well as Slack are open community where not just Alpaca but also users are helping each other. As a brokerage service, we have much quick response if you send email@example.com, but this is for live trading and brokerage service, so technical questions such as SDK and coding are better post here.
