10/28/2020 Order Execution Delay

Very small orders placed at 9:45 on high volume ETFs (VOO) did not execute until 10:15. Current errors for this date from https://status.alpaca.markets/# are below. Note that status was green throughout the error. Posting here because the issue appears to be more widespread than posted. Affected both my paper and live trading accounts. Market buy/sell orders appear to have been submitted but just didn’t execute for a half hour.

Investigating - We are experiencing small number of active orders that don’t get updates from the execution broker due to the network issue. All new orders are working fine.

Yes…this is a very serious problem…and they need to explain what happened or is happening. This could kill their entire business if this is a systemic problem that will happen on and off again. They need to update us in real-time as to what is happening.
