Okay so I’m trying to withdrawal out of alpaca to my fidelity account using domestic wire transfer. As you can see in the image, there’s only 3 fields, the bank name, the routing number, and account number, and then the bank statement. but I was looking at the fidelity page for instructions on how to wire to my fidelity account, it gives all the info needed for the 3 fields, but it says I’m supposed to put my personal account number into a ‘For final credits to’ or Memo field, but there is not any. I have already tried just trying anyway and it was deposited back into my alpaca account, so where am I supposed to put my personal account number if there is no ‘for final credits to’ field? Also, ***I CANNOT USE ACH DUE TO BEING UNABLE TO LINK MY FIDELITY BANK ACCOUNT DUE TO FIDELITY NOT SUPPORTING PLAID.) Can anyone help?
@jrhaenlein This first step ‘links’ or sets up the basic Fidelity information. The next step is to actually create the transfer and specify how much to wire. It’s on that page there is an additional ‘memo’ field. It’s there so you could potentially have a different memo with each wire transfer (though probably not in your case). Continue the process and you will be good to go.
