Place buy order all rejected with message: ‘Failed to calculate balances’, my account is way above PDT rule limit and definitely have enough cash to buy, highly suspect this is related to service not returning correct account balance in GetAccount API, please Look!!! Too many issues with the service lately this is unacceptable as a brokerage
@ghostblade1982 For account specific issues, especially if urgent, please send a note to the ALpaca support team at support@alpaca,markets. Ensure you include your account number and/or the email associated with the account so they can find it. Also mention if this is for a paper or live account.
That said, are you still having issues. I can maybe check a few things.
