Is there another option to input SWIFT code instead of ACH routing number? Then you can find our wire instruction in your dashboard
Hello Hitoshi I currently run a quarter million dollars a day worth of trades through your brokerage. I was told by your so called customer service rep matthew Columbus to close my account? If this is how your business operates I will do just that. I’ve enjoyed doing business with your company but he is just blowing things way out of proportion and is very rude and condescending. I wouldn’t want someone like that representing my company. I hope to continue doing business with you but I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m in Elementary school.
What is the reason they told you?
they said because of wash trades, they have no safeguards in place to prevent this, terrible fills, on top of that I wouldn’t do business with this co 1 reason, from CA. Reported to the SEC. Disrespect me again and FINRA is next. That says it all.
