I’m just starting out with Alpaca and was wondering if webhooks in TradingView are still available to Alpaca users? When I go to TradingView to create an alert with webhooks, I’m met with a popup saying that webhook is only available for upgraded plans. (See image)
Note: I’m still quite new, so new my live trading account is still being processed. Maybe this has to do with not being able to use webhooks? I figured I could still use webhooks with my paper trading account but I could be mistaken. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated!
Old post, but answer is that you need a paid Trading View account to use webhooks. Not Alpaca related. Pro account is enough. Just search webhooks on this page:
