I cancelled my market data subscription a while ago but just realized that I’m still getting charged $9/month for it. The UI says I switched back to free, so this is quite confusing. Who can I reach out to for help with this?

@Zyaad_Khader Apologies for any confusion with your market data subscription. Please send an email to support@alpaca.markets. Perhaps simply copy and paste the information in your above post. Ensure you include the email associated with your account. They will be able to refund and past charges and stop future ones.
