My Market data subscription stop working yesterday because the money was not debited from the card, I immediately paid for the subscription and everything worked. Today it stopped working again, the site says that there is no subscription, I paid for it a second time. How do I get back the money which I paid twice? Now I don’t receive data on time, but it may be a software problem. Although I think again there is a mistake in the subscription.
