The standard rate limit is 200 API Calls/Min - when subscribing to the $9 “unlimited” market data plan it says the rate limit is increased to 1000 API Calls/Min.
Does this rate limit increase apply to all API endpoints (incl. orders, positions, account, etc) or just the ones related to market data?

since today the new pricing plans are published: Unlimited access to real-time US stock market data | Alpaca Data API
Now, the $9-plan includes unlimited API calls.
Curious about the answer. 200 Calls/min is too low. You can burn almost the entire allocation just for one second updates to account information and position information.
